By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not access or use this website.
Kaya Liora reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after the posting of any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

On the Site, we provide users with access to handcrafted luxury clothing, ethnic wear, and accessories that can be purchased at the price mentioned on the site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2. General Conditions & Communications
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:
- Transmissions over various networks; and
- Changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any product, imagery, couture design, or service sold on our site without express written permission by Kaya Liora.
Promotional Communications: Kaya Liora reserves the right to send promotional SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, or place verification/service calls to customers registered with Kaya Liora regarding order updates, couture edits, and exclusive preview privileges.
3. Order Processing, Dispatch & Cancellations
Cancellation requests: Contact us as soon as possible. We can review a cancellation while an order is being prepared; once it has been handed to the carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Returns & Cancellation Policy for next steps.
Right to Cancel: Kaya Liora reserves the right to cancel any order for any valid operational, logistical, or pricing reason without prior notice to the customer. If any amount has been paid by the customer for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded back to the original source of payment within standard banking timelines.
4. Fair Usage, Refusal of Service & Blacklisting Policy
If prepaid orders are placed by blacklisted accounts, the amount will be refunded. Reasons for restriction or account blacklisting include, but are not limited to:
- Repeated or abusive product returns of delicate handcrafted couture;
- Attempts to exert undue pressure or influence owing to official position or profession;
- Returning garments after use, wearing, or after tags/tamper-evident seals have been removed;
- Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments;
- Raising false transaction disputes on payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, Stripe, or PayPal) without contacting our customer support team first;
- Any fraudulent activity leading to, or capable of leading to, monetary or reputational harm to Kaya Liora.
5. Pricing, Product Modifications & Accuracy
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change, modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.
We are not responsible if information made available on our site contains historical details or minor inaccuracies. We reserve the right to modify site contents at any time, but have no obligation to update any specific information.
6. Products, Handcrafted Variations & Sizing
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These couture pieces may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange strictly according to our Return Policy.
- Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, fabric sheen, and embroidery of our garments as accurately as possible. However, monitor displays and phone screens vary, and we cannot guarantee that your display's rendering will be 100% identical.
- Handcrafted Sizing Tolerance: Our garments are individually handcrafted and hand-finished by master artisans. While standard size charts are strictly followed, slight manual variations between 1–2 inches may occur depending on measurement placement and garment drape.
- Promotional & Sale Items: Any size-exchange or return conditions shown for a promotional item will be stated on its product page. This does not remove remedies for an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed item, or any rights available under applicable law. Eligible size exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to the item condition and stock availability.
7. Gift Box & Gift Card Policy
- Gift Box Policy: The luxury keepsake Gift Box is a non-refundable add-on. Once purchased, gift box charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, including product returns or RTO (Return to Origin).
- Gift Card Policy: All gift card and promotional voucher purchases are final. Once a gift card has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for physical cash.
8. Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or limit quantities on any order placed with us. In our sole discretion, we may restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all orders made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including email address and telephone numbers, so that we can complete transactions and reach you if required.
9. User Reviews, Feedback & Submissions
If you send creative ideas, suggestions, review feedback, or proposals (collectively, "comments"), you agree that we may, at any time and without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use such comments in any medium.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or personal rights) and will not contain defamatory, unlawful, or abusive material. You may not use a false email address or mislead us as to the origin of comments.

In no case shall Kaya Liora, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, artisans, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data) arising from your use of the service or any products procured from the website.
12. Indemnification & Severability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaya Liora, our partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any applicable law.
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, policies, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
